Order Cancellations & Modifications
We cannot cancel or modify orders once they are placed and will only ship to the address provided at checkout. The shipping and billing address must match for security reasons. Delivery cannot be altered at any time.
Due to high volume, we can only process orders as they are received. We cannot combine shipping on orders to the same address. All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance. In the event that the item you purchased is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as we can.
We reserve the right to change the products listed on the website without prior notice and/or may limit from time to time the quantity of products that may be ordered during a single buying session. We may also modify or discontinue any products on the website. If Drew House discontinues the item you have ordered, we will issue you a full refund for any product purchased but not yet shipped.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 72 hours for live tracking updates.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In accordance with individual state regulations, sales tax is automatically applied to orders shipping to the following states: AZ, CT, GA, IN, IL, KS, MA, MI, NY, OH, PA, VA, WA

Shop Pay is a buy now, pay later service that allows you to split your purchase into 4 equal, 0% interest installment payments - with no additional, hidden, or late fees.*

Is my order eligible for Shop Pay?
Shop Pay is valid for approved customers residing in the United States. The service is eligible for orders between $50 and $3000 USD.
How does Shop Pay work?
There are 3 easy steps to follow:
- Add items to your cart.
- Check out with Shop Pay.
- Choose to pay in 4 installments.
Your first payment will either be due at checkout or 2 weeks after your purchase. The next 3 remaining installments will be automatically charged every 2 weeks to the card used to place the order. Shop Pay will send you an email reminder before each payment is due.
What happens if I miss a payment?
There are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
